Kokkinos Clinic is an orthodontic and pediatric clinic in Limassol. We performed all the mechanical installations for Heating and Cooling with central VRV systems, plumbing, hot and cold water systems, drainage, sewage and fire systems.

The project of vashiotis trust was completed successfully in 2016.
The commercial building (offices and shops) is located in Limassol seaside area.
We performed the mechanical installations of heating, air conditioning and ventilation (vrv system).

Art Nest Philipos Yiapanis
The Art Nest project is a multipurpose art center and a modern gallery created by Philippos Yiapanis, one of the most famous cypriot sculptors.
We performed all the mechanical installations of the art center including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and sewage.

Castle Residences - project under construction
Our company is the contractor for the mechanical services of the castle residences.
Castle residences are the only luxury apartments on the sea in the mediterranean.

Imperio House
Imperio House is considered as the most sustainable office building in Limassol. The project was completed in 2022 and we performed all the mechanical installations for Heating and Cooling with central VRV systems, Heat recovery and ventilation systems, plumbing, hot and cold water services, water treatment equipment, drainage, sewage and rainwater services.

Limassol Marina
Limassol Marina - Island Villas 35No. This project has been completed successfully.
We performed all the mechanical and swimming pool installations of one of the most iconic developments in Cyprus, the first marina in Cyprus.

Hyper Tower
Hyper Tower is a commercial building in Limassol with corporate offices. We performed the mechanical installations for Air Conditioning systems for Cooling and Heating (VRV systems and split unit systems), Heat Recovery and Ventilation Systems, plumbing, hot and cold services, drainage, sewage and rainwater services as well as the fire protection system.

Heritage Private School has several projects over the years at which we provide the mechanical installations for Air Conditioning systems for Cooling and Heating (VRV systems and split unit systems), Heat Recovery Systems and Ventilation Systems.

Medochemie Pegasus
The project of Vashiotis John Marie Beach was completed successfully. It is a four storey building with eight luxurious appartments including four shops with mezzanine.
We performed all the mechanical services - heating, air conditioning and ventilation.

Lanitio Theater is part of the Lanitio Lyceum in Limassol. The project was completed in 2022 and we performed all the mechanical installations for Heating and Cooling with central VRV systems, Heat recovery and ventilation systems, plumbing, hot and cold water services, drainage, sewage and rainwater services.

Art One project has been completed successfully in 2020. the project consists of 10 spacious flats arranged in 2 blocks.

Blue Pharmacies project has been completed successfully in 2019. Blue pharmacies is one of the most leading companies in distributing and impelling pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health sonsuming products.
We performed all the mechanical installations at their central warehouses including heating, air conditioning (vrv system), ventilation with heat recovery system, dehumidifiers, fire fighting system, plumbing and sewage.

This project was completed in 2021 and is a private residence in Mesovounia Area, Limassol. We performed all the mechanical installation for heating (Heat Pump system with Hydroboxes), cooling (VRV System), plumbing, sewage, rainwater system equipment and piping network.

The project was completed in 2022 and is part of the AZ facility at Medochemie premises. We performed the mechanical installations for Chilled and Hot Water System Equipment, piping and accessories as well as the Air Handling Unit Hot Water Piping Installations.

Vashiotis seafront is located in Limassol seafront and is a modern business center.

Art Parkside is a residential building of 5 apartments and has been completed successfully in 2021. We performed all the mechanical installations of Air Conditioning systems for Cooling and Heating and the Ventilation systems for each flat.

We performed all the mechanical installations including underfloor heating with heat pump, air conditioning (vrv system) and ventilation.
